Calculate Your BMI and Percent Body Fat

I realize that sometimes looking at a scale or calculating an exact number can sting just a little bit!  But in order to reach any goal, you need to be able to answer AT LEAST the following questions:

  1. Where am I NOW?
  2. What is my EXACT target?

If you don’t know the answer to these two questions, you’ll float along aimlessly and nothing will EVER be on-purpose in your life.

It’s not a perfect measurement, but if weight loss is your goal, this simple calculator can give you a general starting point, then we can talk about a serious weight-loss challenge I have for you.  That part can be easier than you think!  ;)
